We believe in being upfront about how Vælt works. No hidden warehouse, no false promises.
Vælt is a curated store. We don't manufacture our products — we partner with specialist manufacturers around the world, vet what they make, and list only the items that meet our standards. Orders are dispatched directly from our production partners to you.
Times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs and carrier delays can extend this. You'll receive tracking once your order leaves the partner facility.
Because we ship from partner facilities, packaging is functional rather than branded. The product inside is what matters — and it's the product you ordered.
Vælt is the seller of record for every order. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll sort it — refund, replacement or repair. You don't deal with the factory; you deal with us.
Skipping a UK warehouse keeps our prices honest and lets us offer specialist tools that big retailers won't stock. Most orders still land in 4–5 working days — but if you need something tomorrow, Vælt isn't the right shop, and we'd rather tell you that upfront.
